With the introduction of the Apprentice levy and the new Apprenticeship Standards, Capp have identified the need to launch a unique Apprentice proposition. This has been developed in response to the strong focus the standards place on the behaviours which created an opportunity to assess candidates against these to determine the role that is a perfect match to their strengths. In addition, from our extensive experience Capp understands the ways in which Apprentices are different. We’ve used this insight to develop a suite of apprentice specific assessment tools and materials to allow our organisations to create a bespoke experience for this population.

By implementing a standard recruitment process for Apprentices organisations do not have the ability to determine an apprentice's potential to flourish in their role.
